Horoscopes, tarot, natal charts and every reading on this site are for entertainment, self-reflection and community — not prediction. We don't guarantee any reading is factually accurate or will happen.
3 days, full refund
Not happy after joining? You have 3 days from your very first signup for a full refund, no questions asked. After that, refunds are prorated for time remaining.
Horror wing is age-gated
The Crypt contains horror themes, gore discussion and psychological content. Every event carries specific content warnings before you buy, and you can hide the wing entirely from your account.
Entertainment Disclaimer
The Hollow Almanac ("we," "us," "the Almanac") provides horoscopes, tarot readings, tarot spreads, natal and transit astrology charts, community games, and related content (collectively, "Readings") strictly for entertainment, self-reflection, and community-building purposes.
Readings are generated using traditional astrological calculations and tarot frameworks — real positional astronomy for chart placements, and established tarot card meanings and spreads for card readings. These are cultural and symbolic tools, not scientific instruments, and we make no claim that any Reading is factually accurate, predictive of future events, or will manifest in your life in any way.
Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you are facing a medical, legal, financial, or mental health concern, please consult a licensed professional in that field — not a horoscope, not a tarot card, and not us.
By using The Hollow Almanac, you acknowledge and agree that you are using all Readings and content as entertainment, and that any decisions you make based on that content are made at your own discretion and risk.
Refund & Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your very first signup — meaning the date you first became a paying member, not the date of any later renewal. This window does not reset when your subscription renews.
Once the 3-day window has passed, refund requests are handled on a prorated basis: you'll be refunded for the unused portion of your current billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), calculated from the day we receive your request to the end of that period. Amounts already used are not refunded.
Email us at support@hollowalmanac.com with the email address on your account and the reason for your request (optional, but it helps us improve). We aim to process every refund within 5 business days. You can also manage or cancel your subscription any time from the Billing section of your account — cancelling stops future renewals immediately but does not itself trigger a refund for the current period unless you're within the 3-day window above.
Content Warnings & Age Requirements
The Crypt (our horror wing) contains horror themes, discussion of gore and violence, and psychological horror content. It is intended for members 18 years of age or older. Every horror event listing carries specific content warnings before you purchase a ticket, and you may hide the horror wing entirely from your account settings if you'd prefer not to see it.
By joining The Hollow Almanac you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have accessed only the celestial and community sections of the site that do not carry an age restriction.
General Terms of Use
Accounts. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Membership billing. Memberships renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account's Billing section; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Community conduct. The Coven and all community spaces are meant to be safe and welcoming. Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other members is not tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
Content ownership. Anything you submit to community features (journal entries, two-sentence horror, campfire stories, etc.) remains yours, but by submitting it publicly you grant us a license to display it on the site as part of that feature.
Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
